Are you a man who has been invited to a Pilates class, but turned it down because you thought it wasn't 'manly' enough?

Pilates method emphasizes correct alignment in order to build strength from the inside out through a deep inner focus. While it may not build bulky muscles like weight lifting, the muscles you will have will be more functional and will improve your movement through everyday life.
Whether you are a sedentary office worker or an elite athlete, integrating Pilates into your training regime delivers improvements in a number of areas, including muscle strength and control, balance, posture, flexibility and injury prevention.
