- Based on classical ballet movements, Barre Pilates works with basic Pilates exercises to provide a workout that strengthens your core and improves your posture.
- With a combination of floor based exercises as well as barre workouts the class will help you to focus on building up strength in your lower body as well as developing core muscles and developing posture.
- Barre Pilates is a great class if you are looking to work on slowly building up strength in your lower body particularly if you suffer from sore knees! Exercises can be adapted to be made easier/ harder so it’s a class for all levels.
