- Hatha Yoga helps to restore mind and body through asanas (postures, physical exercises), pranayama (controlled breathing), meditation and relaxation.
- Gentle, slow and great for beginners or those returning to Yoga, using breathing, postures and relaxation, to help bring balance to the body and allowing students to blossom in a safe environment.
- All students add their own flavour to a class allowing time to explore and increase self-awareness.
