ABOUT GENTLE YOGA FLOW
- If you cannot decide what Yoga style to practice, join Gentle Yoga Flow class at Yogida studio on Saturday mornings.
- This class is a mixture of styles. You will recognise elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin or Yoga Nidra. Pranayama techniques as well as guided meditation are part of this practice.
